I’m always so happy to see wacko male religious group leaders coming together over issues of women’s bodies and health. Onward Christian Soliders, and uhh, #HailSatan!

A transgender inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) meets initial approval though the Senate H.E.L.P. Committee. From White House Press Secretary Jay Carney: “The President has long supported an inclusive ENDA, which would enshrine into law strong, lasting and comprehensive protections against employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. We look forward to the full Senate’s consideration of ENDA, and continue to urge the House to move forward on this bill that upholds America’s core values of fairness and equality.”

To anyone who even squeaks out the idea that the fight for LGBTQ rights was “won” with the recent SCOTUS decision, please look around. Lesbian couple in Austin falls victim to yet another hate crime.
