Malala Yousafzai Malala Yousafzai, the young feminist icon who was shot in the head by the Taliban and lived to give them the finger, criticizes Obama and the drone strikes in her native Pakistan: “[D]rone attacks are fueling terrorism. Innocent victims are killed in these acts, and they lead to resentment among the Pakistani people. If we refocus efforts on education it will make a big impact.”
